The certificate for nurses working alongside an implant clinician. It starts underneath the gum — the anatomy that constrains where an implant can go, the bone it has to integrate with, and how peri-implant tissues differ from those around a natural tooth, which is why peri-implantitis behaves differently from periodontitis. From there it runs through assessment, imaging and the planning pathway, into the surgery itself: components, instruments, torque, grafts and membranes, and what the nurse does when something happens mid-procedure. It closes on governance — decontamination, records, consent and the limits of the nurse’s own scope.

Each topic has a free study guide covering what it examines. 1 of them also has a free quiz on this site.

How this certificate is examined in the app

The app treats each certificate as its own qualification. Its 75-question, 90-minute mock test draws only on this certificate's own 160 questions — a mock that mixed in another one while you are revising this would tell you nothing useful.
